Its location was favourable, really close to marshalltown and downtown. Furthermore, in the wind energy field. The room was spacious and what's more - included a roll in shower and bath sheets. The bathrooms were clean.

The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. The staff were polite and pleasant and the location was excellent in the wind energy field.

The state of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, with outdated fixtures and overall signs of wear. There are also issues like mold in the showers, peeling paint, and an unpleasant smell in certain rooms.

If you enjoy filthy rooms with mold on the shower ceiling, this is the place for you. Their check-in experience is elevated by the cacophony of a dog barking, surely an interesting touch. It woudl ve been nice if they upgraded my room since I definitely deserve it, but alas, I just couldn't give a good review.

I stayed for five nights as a couple and found my room very clean and spacious. The layout was nice with an alcove entrance, keeping us dry during the rain while we unloaded our bags. It was super convenient that there was a Walmart nearby to pick up some essentials like washcloths. The price was great and the quiet atmosphere.

My room was very clean, spacious, and had a nice alcove entrance that kept me dry while I brought in my luggage. I loved that there was a Walmart nearby for some essentials. One thing that could use improvement is the bathroom, which seemed a bit outdated.
